Bonnie & Clyde turned one year old at the end of March! We celebrated by giving them canned food, letting them sleep in our bed that night (yeah, won't happen for another year), and finally putting food in the bird feeders so all the birds would come to the window for the cats to see. Oh, and I made cupcakes and took them up to the vet's office as a thank you for giving us our great kitties. They're stinkers, but they're great.

ReplyDeleteMan, you let those two stinkers have your bed! I wouldn't want to be stuck on the couch for my two cats, just kidding! I know they slept with you but when I first read it those were my thoughts. Can't believe you've had them that long already.
ReplyDelete@Margie: Haha! I think they'd take over the whole bed if they had the choice! And I might get better sleep on the couch! Clyde, especially, likes to wake me up to cuddle. I love you too, kitty....

ReplyDeleteAww! Poe turned one around April 1, so the kids made him a little paper hat and tried to put it on him. It didn't work. So we sang to him and gave him a birthday pat. He was happy. Or completely indifferent. Hard to tell.
