Life's Little Pleasures

Want to know a great thing to do? Stick your socks onto the end of your blow dryer, one at a time. Turn the dryer on Low for a few seconds to warm your socks up before putting them on. It's warm goodness for your feet. :)

  1. So is this "a good thing." It also sounds like a fire hazard, but what do I know! Glad your feet are warm and toasty!

  2. homemade pickles, sumptuous feasts, decorated home, warm socks....you're sounding more like Martha Stewart every day! Just don't buy any stock!!

  3. Homemade pickles that made the house smell like vinegar for days, a feast that was served straight out of what it was cooked ind (my, oh my!), decorations that are continuously knocked down by a resident animal, and warm socks that could burn down the house at any minute! Believe me, I'm FAR from Martha Stewart!

But I'm glad I can still impress my mom, who was doing Martha Stewart things before I knew there even was a Martha Stewart!

  4. Warm goodness for your feet = stinky feet smelling house since you blowdried air through them into the house. I mean honestly...a little powder can work wonders! he he

  5. Um, I think that's why they invented clothes dryers...to dry your clothes. How about sticking your socks in there for a few minutes before you put them on. Or would that increase your electricity bill too much. :-)
